Shipping:  Shipping to one location is $3.95.  Most items are sent priority mail within 7-10 business days.

Embroidery:  Embroidery of up to 10 letters is included in the price of each item. 

Gifts:  When entereing a name for embroidery you will be asked to include gift card information.  If this is a gift, you will be asked at checkout for the shipping address and then you will enter a seperate billing address. 

Payment:  We accept credit card payments.  Credit card payments are processed securely through paypal.  You do not have to have a  paypal account to use paypal services.  Please follow shopping cart instructions.  Your order will be completed once payment is received.

Returns:  Items that have been embroidered cannot be returned.
